After several years of working with this company, I have recently received the worst treatment ever. I have been chasing my agent and country financial regarding a billing issue for over 2 weeks yet and no response or update regarding how I can atleast make an arrangement to have my bill paid. I canceled a policy in January but money for the policy payment was still withdrawn from the account in April. I have been in touch with Country Financial‘s office several times including Mike Taylor’s office but for some reason I’ve been given the runaround. I have been waiting these past four months for the money to be returned to the account. I’m tired of chasing my tail dealing with Mike Taylor and Country Financial. BEWARE!!!
