A leak in the ceiling coming from our air handler in the attic prompted be to search for a 24 hour HVAC company at 8:00 at night. I called several businesses, but Mike Straddeck & Associates was the only to promptly return my call. They were not able to send someone that evening, but Doug advised me on how best to stop the leaking immediately so no further damage was done. I have been working g with them for almost 9 years and they are amazing! They are reliable, honest and more than prompt with their deliveries, often showing up the same day I call. I would highly and without hesitation recommend them!!

I live in northern NY and do the same type of work up there. I'm in VB visiting friends who are customers of Mike. Yesterday afternoon the A/C stopped cooling and I found the condenser frosted up. My friend Cheryl McCoy called them this morning and by 8:30 another Mike was here and took care of the problem. We will be getting an estimate to replace the bad coil and I'm confident they will give a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

This is one great organization. I have used them for years and have been totally satisfied in every occasion that I have interacted with them. For example just recently my air conditioner went out and they were here to repair it within an hour. I work was done quickly and Max the technician cleaned up after he finished. I have only the highest praise for this organization.
