His inapection was thorough. He provided me with the information I needed to make a sound decision on a house.
He did an inspection in my house that was for sale. He caused damage to the house and when I attempted to contact him, he blocked my number and email. This is unprofessional and shouldn’t happen. This shows his poor quality of work. Be aware!!!! If you want to use his service!
Would HIGHLY recommend! Even with inspectors being extremely busy right now, Mike was there on time and we got the inspection report before dinner. Mike was extremely helpful with explaining what would need fixing it time and what needs fixing now and what we would need to fix it. I'm not sure the market for inspection prices but I would say the price was fair, with roof and septic. Also was super helpful when we needed the invoice a few days later and got that to us so fast. Thanks again Mike!
