I bought a building, almost $10k, paid up front. I had to ask repeatedly when it would be delivered, it was like I was bothering them with my request to know exactly when it would be brought to my property. Two guys came out with the building, they placed it on the gravel I had prepared for it. I have no complaints about the delivery, and one of the guys told me that it would have to be leveled again, that there would be a minimal charge, and to call when I needed it done.
