Troy and his crew did a great job descaling and relining my old cast iron sewer line with the CIPP method. Even though the pipe was buried 12 feet down, they only needed to dig two access points—one by the street and another in the basement. The deep hole near the street was dug very carefully, so my yard stayed neat and untouched. Troy was friendly, answered all my questions, and took the time to show me each step of the work. i really can't say enough good things about mike & sons plumbing llc. they gave us fast, friendly service and a fair price. we had a leak in our main water line that ran under our front yard here in cathedral city. the leak was making our sump pump run all the time and water was pooling up in our neighbor's lawn, which was pretty stressful. troy came out and found the leak by digging just one small hole, using some special plumbing tools. he made sure not to mess up our yard more than needed, and worked hard even after the s... read more

When we got home, we discovered a leak in the wall behind our hot water tank. We called the plumbing company early in the morning, not sure if anyone could come out the same day. But to our surprise, they called back in the afternoon and Troy showed up just 10 minutes later. Troy quickly found and fixed the leak, and the price was much better than we expected. The service was fast, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. We really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.
