I've had 2 or 3 plumbing service calls with Mike & Sons Plumbing LLC, and I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is excellent, and Troy was especially friendly and helpful. When our shower lost water pressure, I thought I might be able to handle the repair myself but needed a little guidance. I called, and Troy patiently walked me through the basic plumbing steps and answered all of my questions in a simple way. Mike & Sons Plumbing LLC did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater and updating the plumbing connections. the initial estimate was handled by troy, who was very knowledgeable and gave a clear, detailed explanation of the system, the venting, and the water line setup. he answered all of my questions in simple terms and helped me understand how everything would work in daily use. If you’re looking for a great plumbing contractor, this is the one to call. Troy responded fast and got us scheduled in the time frame we needed. The crew was professional, on time, clean, and made sure everything was picked up before leaving our home in Cathedral City. What a lifesaver. Our kitchen sink had been clogged and draining very slowly for a couple of days, so i finally called Mike & Sons Plumbing LLC after finding them online. A few plumbers said their schedule was full, but troy still made it out and got started. He was friendly, polite, and very professional the whole time. We had an urgent plumbing problem and were calling everywhere for help because we needed running water right away. Other plumbers said they could not come out soon, and at first this plumbing company had already closed for the day.
