Mike wasn't actually my realtor. I purchased a house that he flipped. After living in the house a few months our shower sprung a leak in the pan. After exhausting options with insurance and home warranties which resulted in no help what so ever, I called Mike. Mike gave me the contractor name that did the work and the gentleman fixed it for free. I can't speak to how much it meant for Mike to step in and help. He called me before my own Realtor did.
