Since there is no option to select "no stars", then 1 star will have to do. It is difficult to get a live person to address their outstanding balances but very quick to have a live person to intake a case.

For low impact and minimal injuries… do yourself a favor and research personal injury law for the state of Alabama and keep your money. If you want to be represented for the sake of fixing your car that is not something that any personal injury firm will do. Call the billing office for the providers that treated you (including EMS) negotiate a low payment plan (trust me they won’t argue if you offer them $2.00… they just want your bill paid).
