Mike is an amazingly smart and insightful realtor! He understands the market and knows what improvements are needed to get the best deal for your home. Rise Homes is great for paying for the improvements up front so that we did not have to pay out of pocket. The expenses were taken out once the sale funded. 10/10 would recommend. We would give Mike 10 stars if we could.
