Horrible service. Don't go through them. They will jack up your rates and change your policy without telling you. If I could give zero stars I would.
Month after month I have issue's with my agent. The ONLY reason I stay with state farm is because they have the best rate for me. Each month by bill changes. One month it may be $130 and then $180 and now $217! This is ridiculous. They are awful at explaining my the premium changes. A SIMPLE explanation would prevent a lot of headache with this office.
