Slimy experience. Attempted to inquire about a listing…. He puts a non-working number for text messages in his HAR listings. If you try to send him a text you just get an error message. Who does that in 2025? If you use the other HAR contact tool he will just ignore you. At an open house, rather than hosting it himself as the seller’s agent, he puts a buyers agent in there who tries to get you to hire him. Mike Seder Group is now being run by his sons and it’s been the worse experience of my life. I’m the seller of the home and Pat Seder is the buyers agent. His buyers came in with 100% cash offer which is why I picked them. Then when the contract came in it was to be financed. Bait and switch! Closing date came and the buyers were not ready with their financing, they wanted an extension but I had so much trouble from the buyers that I felt like it would never happen. I refused to extend.
