Own up to their responsibilities. I rented a skip loader and shredder and their personnel loaded on their trailer and attached to my truck. Unknowing to me they loaded it wrong. When I reached 55 mph, the trailer started whipping around caused me to jackknife in the middle of Highway and caused around $ 450 damage to my truck. The owner was told of this and said they would not pay for damages, even after the office manager admitted that his personnel loaded it wrong. Not my way of doing business.
RecommendedWe have used Mikes Rentals for the passed year for both of our businesses, Remy Tree Service and Stephenville Texas RV Park. From renting scaffolding, a bobcat, trailers and purchasing equipment. Reasonable rates, great to work with and they make it easy. Thank you!
Our organization Possum Kingdom Muscle Boat Assoc rented their big canopy and lights for our Hell on Water Poker Run this past July. They were so helpful and friendly to find the best products that met our needs and at the last minute. So thankful for the delivery & pick up service. Will be calling them again!!
Mary Martin loves Mike's Rental. They graciously and without hesitation donated a red carpet for us to use on the first day of school. There service was amazing, too.

Love these people!!!! Amy as always was amazing to work with and the owner went above and beyond to help us get our delivery on time. I will NEVER use anyone else for rentals!!!!
If FB would allow, I’d give them 10 stars! Had a flat coming back from vacation, pulled into their parking lot, let us use their floor jack, offered numerous times to help, and said “Thank You” when we left. Ever we need a rental item in W’Frd - they will have our business!
