Mike's is one of my favorite places to eat when I want to get away from the same ol' same ol' of Applebees and the like. This place has a lot of personality -- the X-wing out front, the smattering of rustic and odd decor inside, the unexpectedly funny menu and a CASTLE section. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Lots of good food to choose from.
College food prepared by college students: )You get burnt and raw on the same plate.) Well worth the experience and the pricing is right.
Great Place A-Huh-Huh – I love this place. Great food, Good Times, The owner Mike is a great guy to get to know. Fun a laugh a minute. The menu will have you laughing in a minute. Check out his band ASB and the elvis booth. No he didn't drive the bus into the restraunt

Entertaining and Good Food Mikes Place is a great restaurant. From the outside you can see the X-Wing, Bus, and Castle and you already know its not going to be your average sit down restaurant. Along with booths and tables, you can ask to be sat in an actual bus or castle that is hooked onto the restaurant. Eccentric Eats Mike's Place is a landmark in this area. Just reading the menu.. or the placemat, is worth the stop. They have something for everyone. From wonderful burgers to a HUGE assortment of sandwhichs, dinners, breakfasts, wings and pizza. They also have a very large beer selection and you can even buy a $1.00 "mystery beer."
Casltes and Barns and X-Wings, Oh My! – Ever since my days at Kent State, Mike's Place has been a favorite restaurant and hang-out of mine. The menu is fantastic, and the food's pretty good too! Where else can you get a sandwich called The Reformed Yuppie? Be sure to get a seat on the bus at least once. And don't steal the menu, they'll sell you one for about $5 if you're really interested.
