After a few years of consistently ordering from here, bragging to our friends about our proximity to such a great place, and having every out of town guest eat here, last night gave us more than enough confirmation that the negative reviews and unprofessional responses to those reviews are all too accurate of a representation of the customer service you receive here. RecommendedMy fiance and I love Mike's. great food! calzones and spaghetti excellent with beautiful salads. Dine in. I Highly recommend this. Cooks should however not be so loud, when dining in.

delivery is extremely slow they lie about when u get ur order if u call and inquire about ur order u get banned from ordering from there and they lie the manager Gary is extremely rude
Although the food isn’t bad, the Italian food is EXTREMELY greasy. If you order for delivery it literally takes 2 hours to come 5 blocks away.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a calzone with pineapple, peppers and ham. I called to inform them that they forgot the ham and I was told I didn’t order it that way. I argued with the manager for a few minutes before hanging up on him as I don’t appreciate being called a liar. My husband drove back over to Mike’s to try to talk to someone else about the situation. The manager from the phone call literally threw $10 at my husband. This was the worst CS.
