Mike Russell has been the person we call when health insurance gets confusing. He has helped me with my own plans, helped my 96 year old mom navigate Medicare, and helped other family members figure out ACA coverage. He also gave solid advice when we had COBRA questions and company plan coverage. He does not rush you, he explains the tradeoffs, and he follows up. That kind of help is hard to find. Glad we have him.

It was the last day to sign up for health insurance for next year and I was having problems doing it online. I called Mike, who doesn’t know me, and he bypassed my problem and made the process so smooth. It only took a few minutes getting insurance for my son with Mike. He was professional and pleasant! Mike is great! This is my first time enrolling in Medicare, he helped me understand all of my options and which plan works best for me and my personal situation. He took the time to discuss everything, and answered all of my questions. He took all the confusion out of enrolling in Medicare!
