This is my second time getting my car serviced here since moving to Florence. I've been greeted both times with friendly and kind people. Josh in the service department has been particularly helpful and welcoming. My experiences here have been positive and I can't recommend this dealership more. Whether you need your oil changed or are looking for a new car, this is where I'd recommend bringing your business.

I appreciate the respect that the Mike Reichenbach Ford Service Advisor provided. I had a tire rotation, oil/ filter/ fluid service provided recently and I was was impressed with the professionalism of my young advisor, he was honest and apologetic when my wait was a bit longer than expected. I won’t go anywhere else for service, I bought my truck at this location. I like being impressed with a business. Check this location out!
