I always have a very positive experience with the service dept at Mike Reichenbach Ford. Josh is always very helpful and my appointments are always completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service. Ask for Josh
They, once again, did a fantastic job in a very reasonable time frame. I used to get my oil changed at one of the quick lube places but I haven't been back to one of those ever since. Mike Richenbach service department is the best!!

Incompetent in troubleshooting, had to take truck 3 times to repair problem. Service department will not answer or return your phone calls.
