Service advisor Mark Saverance is one of the most professional and knowledgeable service advisors I’ve ever met. After going to 3 different ford dealerships service center and them telling me what they couldn’t do, Mark made the effort to find out the problem and had it fixed quickly. Mark is an asset and a credit to the Mike Reichenbach Ford Service Center.
Great service in a timely manner. Other dealerships had been having issues balancing my tires on my F250. Reichenbach Ford got it perfect.
