Herbert Jackson here, and let me tell you about my experience at Mike Reichenbach Ford/Volkswagon of Florence, Sc. The customer service was second to none from my salesperson on down to the finance managers who were equally cordial and treated me with respect, that's hard to find at other car dealerships. The staff there really gets it on making customers feel at home, thank you, to all that made my car buying experience positive 😊
I am traveling from CT to FL. 75 miles from Florence my dashboard displays a (!) Message that I have to much oil and must reduce it. I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 and they took me right in. I had the oil changed before I left CT and they overfilled it . They drew some oil out at Reichenbach VW, reset the display and road tested the car. All fixed in an hour AND they didn't charge me. Keri and mechanic were super as well as the rest of the team when we had an emergency with our Volkswagen Beetle as we were driving thru Florence. They had the concern diagnosed within 1/2 hour and the part ordered for the next morning arrival. The labor took 2+ hours and we were on the road the next morning before 11am to continue our trip home. Thank you guys for taking the stress out of a stressful situation.
