Just picked up our Lincoln mkc and payed for it went to get in it, and there was no floor protector and the car stunk like grease . the center console was dirty and grease was in beaded into the threaded seams take note leather interior. Very disappointed in this to add to it they had car for a full week. No need to by extra protection from extended warranty because apparently nothing is really covered.
Tired of looking for used vehicle. Mike Reichenbach Ford stepped up to the plate. Salesmen Matt Smith was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question. Offered up multiple test drives and ended up ordering exactly what I wanted for less than I thought it would cost. Matt and Ford stayed in contact during the whole process. Could not have asked for better experience.
