Brought my truck in for an oil change and to check transmission shudder. Was quoted over $7k for a new torque converter and 2 broken engine mounts. Before I agreed to any repairs I took it to a local service shop who found no issues with the torque converter or any broken engine mounts. They put in new spark plugs and a wiring harness which fixed the issue……at 10% of the cost of my original quote. Total lack of honesty and ethics from Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet service department. I had excellent service from every staff person I interacted with. My Chevy Truck was fixed, and I will return even though it is a 30-minute drive
We are so pleased with the service we received from Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet. We were faced with a traumatic situation with our vehicle on vacation, far from our home. We got compassionate guidance and recommendations on how to address our problem, and excellent service throughout the process.
