So where do I start...My family and I were traveling from NJ to Fl when our 2021 Suburban broke down on I-95. We were towed to Mike Reed Chevrolet where the service manager (Doug) quickly accommodated us. The part was immediately replaced without issue. Doug had us in and out quickly so we could continue our trip and even kept our small children occupied. Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you again for everything!!!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everyone seems very attentive to their job duties and I feel very confident in the service we receive at this location.
I took my 2024 Silverado in to the service department this morning, I had been having problems with my hands free calling system, the service manager , Doug helped me with many things that I didn't know. He was able to find and fix the issue . Doug was very helpful and courteous, I appreciate all that he did .
