The service department doesn't have a clue as to how to get things done. I brought my truck over last Monday for the first oil change. I was 15 minutes early but the service was so backed up they were still on the 0900 appointments. I waited 15 minutes and decided to reschedule for Wednesday. Then I made a schedule to get the radio checked out for Monday August 10 and they have not gotten better. When I got here they said it would take 24 - 48 hours. Well after today they did step it up.
Kristina Quanstrom was great. Would recommend her to anyone.
Albert was my sales rep and he was awesome! Very personable with a great sense of humor and knowledge. He went above and beyond to assist me in getting my brand new Chevy Trax. I will be back in the future and will recommend him and Dan Vaden to my family and friends.
Troy was amazing and very patient and got me exactly what I wanted with the prices that I needed to work for me. Kristiana was an amazing help as well and they were both very welcoming.
