Mike is an amazing realtor! He has so much knowledge about all of the Orlando area and can pinpoint exact pros and cons of every house you look at with him from the engineering of the streets to the layout of the home. He doesn't pressure you to buy any home you aren't interested in and he's very helpful and assisting in anything you need even after your purchase of the home. Mike is my permanent realtor going forward and I highly recommend him.
Mike Rance is extremely knowledgeable, caring and also unflappable! When something pops up that might slow a closing down, he's the first person to jump in and help! Definitely a great realtor to have in your coner!!
