We had a great experience with Ragan Roofing until it came to any type of communication after our initial quote. During the original quote, they were extremely professional and offered a very competitive price. However, getting on to the schedule to get our job completed and any communication after the job was finished was near impossible. The Ice storm this past January damaged two sections of our copper gutters, which Ragan Roofing had fabricated and installed several years ago. Jeff quickly came by to assess the damage and provide an estimate, so we could get in the queue for repairs. The installation was especially time consuming due the curvature of one section; But The team did a BEAUTIFUL job matching and restoring the gutters to the original function and design!!! Ragan roofing was very professional, efficient and diligent helping us after the ice storm with repairs, new roof and new gutters. They helped us with an emergency repair from a limb that had impaled our roof. They patched it in a matter of a few days to protect our home. Andrew was great to work with - easy and responsive to our needs. We ended up getting approved for a new roof. Ragan roofing did an exceptionally quick job replacing the roof.
