Guys be careful, they are the most unreliable Company to deal with. Their agent Cleia Luz contacted me to list my house that I am trying to sell. At the first instance she quoted me almost $100,000 less than what the property is worth ( off course if you list some thing $100k less than the market value then it will sell immediately but for you the loss is $2000 for commission but I as a seller loose $98K) I should have withdrawn myself then and there but her consistent approach made me proceed further.
