Really hoped to see that 4.9 star customer service at work. Sadly today was not it. Spoke to Melissa for a home and auto quote, I clearly stated I was looking to do business with them only. She took my information down, we only got halfway done when she asked to be excused to speak with a different customer. She did promise to call back within 30min tops so I didn’t mind.
