Hands down the best contractor we have used in our 20 years of living here. This is the second mailbox he has done for us and we could not be more pleased. This guy is the definition of professionalism. Total perfectionist who has an eye for the smallest detail. Give Mike a call and you will not be disappointed.

If you need any kind of masonary repair work done, look no further. I consulted three other businesses before I found Mike Perry and I am so glad I kept looking. After speaking to other companies, I was still confused as to what needed to be done to repair brick damage on the exterior of my fireplace and cracks/voids in mortar around my house. I would like to submit a extremely very positive review for Mike Perry who has done several jobs for me. I live in Seneca Gardens & my home was built in the 1930's. Mike has done two beautiful exterior jobs for me, one on my back steps & one one the front entry steps. Both has deteriorated to a point that anyone else would have ripped them out and replaced with something of lesser quality-& not to my satisfaction! Mike did a fantastic job refacing our front brick steps. He was able to match the existing brick and did a great job cleaning up after himself when he was finished. I would definitely recommend.
