Last year (2025), the housing market was so bad that I could not sell my home. This year (2026), I hooked up with Mike Perry. The market is still bad but after following Mike's recommendations my house sold within 48 hrs. of posting. We got multiple offers above asking price! Had to purchase a home from out of state and on a tight schedule. Mike was phenomenal and I really don’t believe we could have found a house without him. He had superb local market knowledge, and meticulously planned my visit to see as many homes as possible. He also put in a lot of work to make sure we were bar to close when we hit a few snags. Me and my wife are extremely grateful we found a good realtor as I really don’t believe they are very common anymore. Can not recommend enough, especially if you are using a VA loan.
