I bought a car back in March. Travis pressured me into a service plan. I've worked commissioned sales for a long time so I asked what his chargeback periods were. I was assured there would be no problem to cancel. My wife went in and wanted to cancel the Service Plan on July 3rd during an oil change. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday at 7:30am at the service department. I requested to have my transmission fluid changed and the tech proceeded to dissuade me from that service to allow the technician to diagnose the issue I was experiencing. I followed their advice as I have no knowledge of vehicle maintenance, why not listen to the professionals.
