I wish to thank Adda in Referral Management for going above and beyond in making certain that the referral process was smooth and complete. I had problems with a referral for an MRI where Desert Radiology said they had never received the orders for the procedure. Ms Adda was able to show me where the referral was indeed Faxed to the facility in a timely fashion. I went to the Emergency Room for shortness of breath and was admitted upstairs for treatment. Everyone was great, but this is a special shootout to Dr Christine Roldan. She is the epitome of warm and friendly. She really listens to what you say and makes you feel truly cared about. She is completely knowledgeable about the care needed for her patients and let's each know that is fully invested in getting each one the best care possible and making sure they receive tge very best care possible!
Been trying to get through on the appointment line for hours. It is always busy and never connects
I am in a dilemma, both my elderly parents live in Las Vegas . Father was admitted to nellis and mother just so happened got sick and ended up at spring valley hospital. I flew in from Hawaii and made my way to spring valley hospital. I have been trying to contact the hospital at nellis but every number I call there is busy. I am calling the numbers off their website. Very frustrating trying to get a working number. I have been unsuccessful.
Went to the emergency room today to get checked for a medical issue. The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. From the receptionist to the corpsmen and doctor. They were superior in every way. Thank you all for a great experience.
