For dental specifically. Lazy and dont know what they are doing.
Absolutely the worst that have seen it. No lab appointments, walk in lab is a joke , unless you want to wait, NCOs are obviously not teaching their Airman on how to critically think to fix an issue. If you can go off base or the VA (interesting option), do it. This facility should be downgraded to a clinic.
1st appointment with a new PCM but he didn’t wanna deal with me because i go to the VA too, im retired & im paying for tricare out of pocket now. It takes 6 months just to get seen with a VA pcm thats why i want to continue my care here but the PCM was pushing me away. I drove 35minutes just to get here & got treated like that so i just walked out. I’ll never comeback here ever again.
Very overwhelming to find things due to the lack of signage Appointment line representatives try to deny appointments or give options months out when I need care sooner. Twice now I’ve had to press them to schedule me or ask to speak to a nurse because of this. Maddening!
I can't say enough about how good the hospital is there on nellis Mike McClanahan military hospital talk about troubleshooting and getting the job done these guys are the best they can give courses to all these other hospitals from my experience and I've had a lot of experience you're in good hands with nellis and God
