Excellent support. Called and within 1 hr Zack came and fixed my water heater inlet. Didn’t charge anything They I started them over a year earlier. That’s what I call support!
I would give a 0 star if available, He was awful to work with and very rude when questioned about my bill. He is so money hungry and couldn't care less about peoples needs. When trying to address the situation he acted like i was dead to him and would not even return my phone calls. Just plan on paying double to triple what he quotes. I should have read the reviews more and noticed most of those reviewing are his workers and himself. He is a dishonest, terrible person.
