Super friendly staff who were kind enough to try to troubleshoot over the phone. They came and completed the job within 24 hours of our first contact. I was shocked at how quick the job was done. I'm so grateful for their help
Excellent support. Called and within 1 hr Zack came and fixed my water heater inlet. Didn’t charge anything They I started them over a year earlier. That’s what I call support!
Good Professional Plumber My family has used Mike Norr for years and he is very dependable. He is good about coming quickly and at all hours of the day if you need him to. Plus he charges a very reasonable rate for his service. When our family decided to finish our basement we used Mike to do all the plumbing and he did a great job and years later we've had no problems. Great guy and awesome plumber!
Amazing company! I will never use anyone else for any plumbing needs! These guys are great to work with. Very trustworthy and great workers! Highly recommended! They found a broken pipe that no one else could find. Three plumbers tried and failed! These guys are the best!!
I would give a 0 star if available, He was awful to work with and very rude when questioned about my bill. He is so money hungry and couldn't care less about peoples needs. When trying to address the situation he acted like i was dead to him and would not even return my phone calls. Just plan on paying double to triple what he quotes. I should have read the reviews more and noticed most of those reviewing are his workers and himself. He is a dishonest, terrible person.
