RecommendedBeautiful house nice and very clean, everything looks exactly as pictured, 3 minutes from the stores, pool was clean, I highly recommend it, I’ll come back. We stay on 134 49th.

Just saw a post for a rental end pictures unit 44 that disgusting I feel so sorry for the renters
They seemed to not put any money back into the rental at all to keep things working properly especially the A/C. home was not cleaned to my standards especially when they are charging a high cleaning fee in the rental fees. Very disappointed with the Tradewinds bungalow and I will never rent it again. it's really too bad it's a great location but house needs alot of work and updates.

We are very sorry that your stay was not a pleasant one! This home is currently undergoing an EXTENSIVE remodel that has been scheduled for some time now... The property owners love this home and are putting a ton back into it as we speak. Unfortunately it has been booked SOLID since May 31st and now was the earliest timeframe to remodel. The inexpensive rates offered this year for a 4 BR that sleeps 10 with private beach access and a pool were a reflection of a 1920's original, island cottage. We also rented this home where all of the construction was! We were NOT told about the Construction being done. VERY dusty & though it is a nice unit we rented, it was also dusty and didn't seem clean. We came with food as recommended to a warm refrigerator and HOT house! Both showers had NOT been cleaned thoroughly. (mold on shower doors in both bathrooms) The air was NOT working and had to call the emergency ph # as we couldn't check in until 4pm and they close at 5pm.
