Just be careful if you rent from Mike Myers Realty. They refuse to be expected to do upkeep and repairs that a landlord is supposed to do and in the lease. When the problem they never fixed is still an issue, they threaten to evict you over it. Then knowing full well they can't legally do that, instead they decide to take pics of the house, sell it super fast, and give you 30 days notice to move out.
