My AC died Saturday afternoon just before 5pm. I called mike morello and within 45 minutes a tech (Paul) came to check out my unit. Yes, I got my money’s worth out of it. I needed a new unit. Paul made all the arrangements from his truck. I was all set up to have my new unit installed Monday afternoon.. I can’t say enough about this company. Proceed with caution, if you are a senior! They will try and pull the wool over your eyes. They definitely need help on talking with customers. Bad experience.
Air conditioner has been bad from the start. I have had three problems with total loss of use in 3 years with my almost $ 5000 Carrier unit. I got attitude from the girl who called from the emergency number and was told the most recent break down is due to hurricane Matthew, that was 8 months ago. If that was truly the problem don't you think they would have extra parts on hand for repairs. Nope. They don't. So I'm throwing the bulls**t flag at that. They want to do the big job but don't want anything to do when it's time for parts or service. Call every day and never a call back. Charged extra and had no idea of the extra cost. When this part comes in and the job is done, I will not use them again. Ready to go to News 6 Orlando for results.
What kind of company is this. They don't know what they are doing. They charge for the service received and DON'T over charge. Now I say what kind of company are they? I wanted to buy two new units and they told me to wait as mine were still working fine. They missed out on making some MONEY. Now not that I recommend them but I like to save money and I am a little cheap so they are the company I will use until barried in the ground. I would recommend you go somewhere else if that MONEY is burning a whole in your pocket.
