I have been going to Mikes More Miles for over 20 years with the transition from Don to Rob. Nothing has changed The management is superior. I always leave there knowing I had my vehicle serviced properly and the price is right. I recently had some exhaust service done and the technicians are superior. They are knowledgeable. They know what they’re doing with my vehicle. My car runs great, Sounds great , thank you so much Rob at Mikes More Miles. I’ll Be Back.
When Don ran a place there was never a problem. I’ve been a customer there for over 20 years. Since Don passed away. One of the mechanics has a grudge against me for some reason I don’t know.. he torque down the oil drain plug on my wife’s car so hard you couldn’t get it off. They had to use a breaker bar to get it off . then I brought my car there they took the sticker off my windshield for my mileage for my tires to be rotated . now my car is knocking. I love this shop. They stand by their work, and go above and beyond to fix any mistakes. Today my car battery died at work (in Libertyville). Got it jumped, then it died again. I was terrified as it was 20 degrees, snowing, and just wanted to get safely home to my kids in Beach Park. A friend suggested to call Mike More Miles since they installed my new battery, and it was noticed that the battery was extremely loose. I called, spoke to Sam, pretty much hysterically sobbing.
