I went out there looking for a car under $10000 yesterday and when the dealer found this out he started treating my wife and I very different. I believe his name was Dan Klatt. He didn't even try to sell me a car. I had to ask a price on every car we walked by. Very rude guy. I will not ever go back.
I bought my car when I lived in Az . Moved to iowa shortly after. I have taken to molstead for all my service. They are very professional and have wonderful customer service. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
Took my new car in to get oil changed for the first time. Car had been detailed previous evening. The car was saturated with oil everywhere near the location of the work being done. This car has a unique oiling system and obviously the procedure for an oil change was not first hand there. After leaking oil on my garage floor overnight, I pressure washed everything again to return to the condition it was in before service. Dirt all over center console also!! Great cars & great price. Excellent team who communicate well. Picked up a trade in day after they detailed it. Had all info up front and when car in person was car I got to see after 3 hour drive was PUMPED!
Just an all around great team! John and Shad made it a breeze to get my new vehicle. Great trade in value for my old car, awesome incentives, no hidden fees. I wanted certain features that the one on the lot didn't have but no problem they found one and had it there the next day. Impressive!!
