Awful Customer Service! We were given a quote - then dayys before the job when he found out he wouldn't have the access he thought he tried to change the price. He never discussed that the price would change depending on that access after having several conversations and explaining it may not be available. After discussing it with him and him trying to flip the conversation- he blocked me on FB. What a terrible experience!!
Received a quote 9/22 and decided to have 2 trees trimmed. Never heard from them since. Called 3 times, left messages and never got a return call. We have done business with them before with no problems. And we paid the bill immediately. So unprofessional and disgusting they can’t return a call.
