Spoke about installing a filter in our home. Promised twice to call back and come see. Never followed up. When I finally got them on the phone the guys goes "nah, i been dizzy maaaan, i don't do those. see ya". First off, what a messed up way too address a potential customer, number two: why the promises to call and then the complete disregard for follow up. This is the type of service folks to watch out for. Glad they declined in the end.
Just had Mike and Scott come out to fix a clog. They ended up fixing the clog and putting in a clean out for a lot more reasonable price than the other guys. To top it off they cleaned and vaccuumed the inside of my house and you can't even tell they dug a hole in the back. He even swept the patio and sprayed the siding! Seriously thrilled with my experience with them!!! Young plumbing had come out barely looked for the main line and told me they would need to remove my toilet instead and quoted me a CRAZY high price. This guy came out, found the main line immediately and was done within an hour. He did WAY more than expected and did it with ease and didn't cost me a fortune!! I don't think 5 stars is enough!
So thankful to find a Tradesman who is honest and at a reasonable price. If I need anything else, I will definitely call Mike.
