Dr. Merrell is great. I've been with him for many years and he does not take advantage of any of his patients. I was tight on money one time and asked for a cleaning only if I needed it. Dr. Merrell said I didn't need a cleaning which was very considerate. He does not lie about anything just for more work. One time I said a tooth was rubbing another tooth and he took care of that during a regular check-up. Not to mention he is very friendly and funny.
My family has know and gone to Dr. Merrell for a few years and he has always been kind and very helpful. Whenever work needed done he would easily explain all of the options and answer any questions we had before leaving the decision up to us. We never felt like we were pressured into a certain treatment. The workers there were all helpful and upfront about costs as well. I have a family member who has some disabilities and they are always so sweet with her and very accommodating with us. Could not recommend more!
Dr. Merrell is an amazing dentist! He is patient and he listens to you. He is also very gentle when working on your teeth. If something hurts he will stop what he is doing and do his best to fix the pain before proceeding on any procedure. Very friendly doctor and staff. Always asking how you are doing when procedures are being done. They've squeezed my family in for last minute appointments too! Wonderful dentist office! The best I've ever been to!
I've never had a completely pain-free dental experience before today The staff is very warm and kind, and they see one patient at a time which makes the whole experience so much more peaceful. I highly recommend this place! I'm happy I randomly stumbled upon this place.
