Simply The Best. Of course his knowledge of the basics of real estate is strong. But his willingness to take care of every aspect of the process goes above and beyond others. His participation doesnt stop until the closing money has changed hands. I could go on and on, but simply put, you need this guy on your side.
Nothing but accolades for Mike. I initially called Mike about one of his listings, and was not intending to hook up with a realtor quite yet. As an out of state buyer, I had also never purchased a property in Florida before. While the property I called about was not right for me, Mike was so personable and knowledgeable, I quickly knew he was the right realtor for me; no BS; absolute professionalism. Above and beyond . Mike was recommended from a co-worker and we took a chance. It was a great experience from his communication to the hours he put in for us. Moving from out of state we had a lot to learn here in Florida. Mike was great at explaining all the nuances vs our old state. He did a great job with us helping to find a lawyer and loan as well. 100% would use Mike for every real estate transaction.
