I want to start off by saying that I know that I bought a used car and after the experience that I have had I will NEVER do so again. It just seems crazy to me to spend 30k on a car and have to deal with some of these issues so soon. I left a good review for this dealership at one time but I am retracting that review. I went in today for an oil change and the service rep was very kind. 5 stars for him! I read through my vehicle status report and in it was a charge (if I accepted the work to be completed) for approximately $32 for 1 missing bolt and 1 missing half turn screw to secure my under vehicle shield.
