Absolutely the worste, most unethical service department. My wife went in for an oil change. They recommended new tires which yes, we do need to get tires. The problem is they texted my wife, while she was there, passing as her insurance agent advising her to get them to replace the tires. Obvious scare tactic making her think her insurance would be canceled if she didn't have this done right of way. We talked to our agent and she did not send the text and had not heard anything. Didn't buy a car here but based on how they have their employees park and completely block the road next to their place I would bet they are horrible people move the cars
this dealership is the best seriously!!! i got a brand new civic as a lease 3 years ago, moved to texas, and just recently decided to purchase the car through them. Matt helped me get everything straightened out over the phone and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. i usually dread dealing with car dealerships but this has been an awesome experience
