Visiting Springs on vacation and had car trouble. Got us in same day. Also fixed a recall we didn’t even know about. Shuttle service was amazing as well. Easily the best experience we have had with a car dealership!
I stopped by this Honda service center while I was on a long road trip and had an excellent experience. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was a huge relief. The team was incredibly professional, very thorough with their inspection, and managed to get me back on the road right on schedule. The staff (Kelsey) was friendly, helpful, and transparent about the work done. I highly recommend this Honda service center to all Honda owners!
2024 Honda Accord. Poor communication with intake service rep, manager did not believe me when I said that the service rep did not go over pricing, instead he needed to listen to the phone call smh they were admit about the charge, which almost cost me an xtra $300 dealing with this Honda dealership. Go at your own risk. I do believe there is better quality service else where.
Was not impressed with my service advisor (Kelsie) yesterday. When I arrived for my appointment and dropped off my car, I was told it would take 2-3 hours to diagnose what was wrong with it. I expected a text or call around 12:30 but did not receive anything so I called at 1:00. She told me that the technician was about to be done with the report in one hour so I waited.
