Will not be returning for any service or repair. Highly recommend to go to the other dealership (corwin) up north which is actually a lot more honest with its estimates, will honor them if THEY mess up and will not add a ton of fees/hidden costs. I had called this dealership and asked for a quote from a real human (they use a lot of AI so you have to jump through hoops for this) on a specific repair for my van, I knew it would also need an alignment with said service. Visiting Springs on vacation and had car trouble. Got us in same day. Also fixed a recall we didn’t even know about. Shuttle service was amazing as well. Easily the best experience we have had with a car dealership!
I stopped by this Honda service center while I was on a long road trip and had an excellent experience. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was a huge relief. The team was incredibly professional, very thorough with their inspection, and managed to get me back on the road right on schedule. The staff (Kelsey) was friendly, helpful, and transparent about the work done. I highly recommend this Honda service center to all Honda owners!
