2024 Honda Accord. Poor communication with intake service rep, manager did not believe me when I said that the service rep did not go over pricing, instead he needed to listen to the phone call smh they were admit about the charge, which almost cost me an xtra $300 dealing with this Honda dealership. Go at your own risk. I do believe there is better quality service else where.
Was not impressed with my service advisor (Kelsie) yesterday. When I arrived for my appointment and dropped off my car, I was told it would take 2-3 hours to diagnose what was wrong with it. I expected a text or call around 12:30 but did not receive anything so I called at 1:00. She told me that the technician was about to be done with the report in one hour so I waited. Had a recall on my Honda and they ordered the part and scheduled me without me ever going there before. I live far from any Honda dealership and getting my car repaired was their number 1 priority, and they got my car done before the estimated time
For years, my Honda Pilot’s interior lights would not turn on when I open the door. Other Honda shops wanted money to diagnose the problem or to replace entire electrical modules. Luckily, I brought my Pilot to Stephanie Garcia and her partner, Marty Stinett (pictured), of Mike Maroone Honda Service.
