Internet Sales Person (Andrew) did a fine job. Took a "similar" vehicle for a good long test drive (by myself - which was nice). That allowed me to go through the paces at my leisure. Dakota in the F&I was clear and concise on the financing part. We got through that part of the sales process without issues. Of course, the overall "sales process" from entry to departing the dealership took longer than it should have, but...that seems to be how all car dealers do their business.
