Very disappointing experience with this Cadillac dealership. They were not accommodating with my time at all, even knowing I have two young children. Communication was consistently vague, especially around whether repairs were under warranty, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. My car was never washed after service or recalls, and I was never offered a loaner or a ride until I mentioned I was considering taking my car to a different dealership. I am a new customer with an awsome 2026 GMC Sierra AT4 EV. Last week I brought it in for a recall related to the computer system. I worked with Jon Berry who was absolutely great. He was on top of the work related to the issue, ordered a replacement part and kept me in touch through out the 2 days it required for the replacement part installation.
