Horrible customer service very nice and promising when u are in the buying process but after that the service department terrible Very rude and unpleasant manager that always gives me and my wife attitude when ever we are in there won’t be taking it to do my oil changes there anymore
We rode in a very dark blue Cadillac XT5. It looked like someone attempted a diy chip repair where some of the clear coat was sanded off. The vehicle was parked at the end of the lot on the grass and dirt under a tree. I thought the price was fair. The milaege was high but not for that year, it had normal wear and minor body damage which was mainly paint related.
