Terrible service. We went to take our Cadillac Escalade to get the transmission fixed two times and each time the transmission was never fixed. And in one of those visits I got my Cadillac back with a broken windshield and they wouldn’t pay for it or replace it.
Stay away from this place on used vehicles. We bought a used Toyota Tacoma, with only 46k. It now has broken down twice and needed to be towed. What a joke.
What a truly bizarre experience. We came in ready to buy an Escalade (with an appointment!) that day and it felt like no one wanted to sell us the car! Any questions we asked the sales person didn’t know and would have needed to go ask but she just didn’t. Seemed totally disinterested in helping us. Please do not go through this dealership. I had the worst experience with sales representative Javier, very poor communications and does not take the customer or their time serious. Went to Rickenbach Cadillac. And god's greater than what I anticipated and their customer service was excellent
