I had a great experience with the service department. I had an engine light issue and they diagnosed it very quickly and gave me options for repair. I was a bigger repair than I was expecting and they still got it back to me day of! I really appreciated Dave's attention to detail and his quick text responses. I will definitely be returning if anything else comes up (hopefully not- knock on wood!)
The purchase of the car went smooth, the process was easy. The typical car buying experience I would say. They sell me on a windshield replacement coverage and gps I did not want but they said it was mandatory I have them, which I know not to be true. They did not show me how those worked either. I also needed copies of my purchase and loan paperwork and ive been calling everyday for a week and nobody seems willing to help me get them. Feels like after the car is purchased the customer service goes out the window here.
This place damaged the body of my car during an oil change. These people did not offer to reimburse me for the damage. They actually damaged my car and then charged me full price for the oil change. This place is horrible. This place will damage your vehicle. Mike Maroone Cadillac is not professional. Mike Maroone Cadillac is a dangerous place. Please do not use Mike Maroone Cadillac at all. Please tell everyone you know. Never use Mike Maroone Cadillac.
We just traded our Lyric for a Vistique, and had the best experience with Mike M. Cadillac! Anthony Testa, our sales expert was awesome, make sure the ask for him when you go! He was very knowledgeable, and helped us secure an AWESOME deal! We just bought a Cadillac Vistiq. We traded in two vehicles and got a great deal. Anthony provided outstanding customer service. There are Cadillac dealers much closer to where we live, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
