I do not know if this is the same realtor that owns Manske Property Management company, but if so, when applying to their rentals be wary that you have to have 650 minimum credit score to qualify for their apartments, even though on their webpage they do not say that is a requirement. It seems a bit scandalous to not say that is a requirement before applying to a rental. And if their requirement is to have a pre screening done then why doesn’t that say it on the website?
