Mike is the best State Farm agent around Decatur and all of central Illinois. He always goes above and beyond for his policy holders. Will ask you questions you wouldn't think about even when you worked for corporate. He has helped us through our auto insurance for my husband and I for about 20 years now. And we had renters until we bought our first house. He will never steer you wrong and have your back through it all!
We had wonderful service here for over 15 years. I have nothing but nice things to say about Mike and everyone in his agency.
Mike is the absolute most helpful human I've ever met. He has covered me my whole life, from childhood, first car, first apartment. He has given stellar customized financial advice and helped me with my small business. When my grandmother went into a nursing home out of her coverage area, he helped (and is still helping) us get her coverage through an insurance that works for her meds. It has been the biggest PITA situation and he is so knowledgable and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about him.
