Sean and his crew just completed my roof and all went as planned! The crew was great, left the site spotless, and were very considerate of my needs and time. Because of the unavoidable banging during the install there was a slight mishap with a light in the laundry room. Sean immediately offered to cover the cost to replace it. Great Team of workers and very Professional! Fast and reliable!!
I was in panic on Wednesday night as I noticed a leak in my roof that was pouring water into my living room and onto my furniture. I began my search for a roofing contractor and 3 days later I have a new TPO roof and could not be happier with it. Beautiful and clean work done by his incredibly adept crew. Thank you Mike Lopez Roofing. Sean Lopez immediately responded to me, evaluated my roof and set my mind at ease with a clear plan of action. I can't thank them enough for their response, understanding and professionalism th... read more
Sean Lopez (son of the late Mike) & crew were terrific to work with on our major roofing project--some 4,000 square feet of both pitched & flat roofs on a more than 100-year-old home. Given the home's age, there were several unpleasant surprises once they got into the project, but they handled each efficiently. They were professional, organized, skilled, respectful, & did a great job of cleaning up on a daily basis. I recommend them highly.
Phenomenal job. Brand new spray foam roof on our 75yr old New Mexico flat top; could not have asked for a better job. Everything went as quoted, work was able to start nearly a month ahead of schedule. We definitely chose the right people for the job.
