I have worked with several realtors in the past and Mike Layton was by far the best realtor that we have used. We called Mike before we got our house cleaned out to sale. We moved things to storage and folks home. Hauled garbage out and cleaned. We lived with folks for 5 months while looking for new home. I was in the hospital when he came up to have us sign some papers. Mike was with us this whole time looking at many homes. He was very patient with us, helping with suggestions, staging the house to sell. We have been very happy with this home and If we were to sell this house we will call him again.
