Had AC go out in middle of heat wave, they were able to fit me in quickly and got unit repaired fast. Definitely recommend service.

They helped us once with a capacitor and got our a/c running. Recently I thought I wanted them to install a new furnace and a/c. They came out to prepare an estimate and one had a cane and was wearing a type of back brace. That didn't bother me, but they made me feel like they were looking down their noses at me. I never got my estimate for a new system and no one bothered to return my calls. I was just ghosted and left waiting. I feel they look for easy work. Got my ac fixed May 18th and its already not working again as of June 25th. Didn't even have it fixed long enough to pay the bill. Its a heat wave. I've called the past 2 days and they say they are going to look at it tomorrow and then don't show up. Today they won't even answer. Big mistake as I have to get a new furnace too. Can someone help a single Mom get properly working Air Conditioning?

Mike Larch and his team just recently installed a new furnace and central air unit at my residence. Their work ethic was terrific, the job was done in very good time, they arrived right on time. The guys cleaned up so we'll when they were gone you wouldn't know such a big job had just been completed. I also needed a hot water tank and they did that as well. I now have the confidence knowing my furnace will be good for many years to come. Thank You Mike Larch and Son Heating and Air

Incredible customer service. But what I appreciated the most was there transparency and trustworthiness. When issues like this happen you never know if you are getting a good price. After my discussions with the team, I have no doubts I got an incredible price and the job was done right the first time. I would recommend them to any family or friends, thank you again!
