We had an amazing experience with this heating and cooling company! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Woke up to a flooded basement on a weekend morning and honestly, my first call was to Mr Rooter knowing they dealt with emergencies. After speaking with a representative there, i was told that it wouldn't be until about 4pm that they could get somebody out to look at it. It was $100 up front and in discussing things that may be wrong, i was quoted approx $3k for a new tank.
