Woke up to a flooded basement on a weekend morning and honestly, my first call was to Mr Rooter knowing they dealt with emergencies. After speaking with a representative there, i was told that it wouldn't be until about 4pm that they could get somebody out to look at it. Great Heating and cooling contractor to work with, they show up on time, have a open mind to adapt to each situation they are placed in front of and get the job completed in the most timely manner. Furnace, AC Unit installs, ductwork installs, I’ve had a great relationship with this company for many years.

They helped us once with a capacitor and got our a/c running. Recently I thought I wanted them to install a new furnace and a/c. They came out to prepare an estimate and one had a cane and was wearing a type of back brace. That didn't bother me, but they made me feel like they were looking down their noses at me. I never got my estimate for a new system and no one bothered to return my calls. I was just ghosted and left waiting Now I'm looking for a capable expert technician

Absolutely recommend he got my AC fixed in a day he got the parts in one day when JAustin who I originally called told me for 2 months that my part was on back order stringing me along Mike Larch took care of everything and also found other problems that my brand new AC unit had so if you want your AC etc fixed I highly recommend Mike Larch
