The service department is terrible. We have just had our second bad experience here. They called US to schedule my husband‘s truck in for a recall service. We dropped it off asked what the service required and how long it would take. They told us approximately two hours as it was simply a software update. We were home maybe 10 minutes before they called and said your truck is DONE and yet when I checked the paperwork, it said that no service had been provided.
