This family owned company has been around for decades and with good reason. Very prompt and professional and reasonable which almost impossible to find these days. Great service and always willing to help .
Most down to earth cool people I've met in a long time! They waited for me until close because I was caught in traffic and were so nice when I finally got there. They had nothing but smiles and good attitude even though I'm sure they had a long day and ready to go home. Definitely coming here with all my locksmith related needs!
I locked the keys in the car at almost 6 today (friday) at the gas station. Paul was here with in 20 minutes of my call and had us back in the car and on the road in less then 10 minutes. Hes professional and personable. Super great guy! I called another company before calling Mike keys and they were going to be at least an hour and they were going to charge me more then 3 times the price for the same lockout service. I had a key blade for my 2023 Chevy Bolt cut for $21.40. Following an investigation of options at multiple retailers and with mobile locksmiths, I found that their equipment was unable to replicate the blade due to software limitations or a service quote over $250. Finding a traditional locksmith who avoids automated mechanics is no easy task.
I bought key fobs on Amazon for my car in the hopes that the dealership could program them instead of paying $200 per key. The dealer told me the key fobs were not compatible. Went to Mike's lock and key and they really went the extra mile to see if the key fobs would work. After a little bit of time Paul was able successfully program both key fobs that I bought months ago and was even able to fix my original key.
