I had my 2014 Kia Sorento towed to Mike Kelly Kia on 4/11. On 4/16 i received a call from the service department stating that i needed a throttle body and a catalytic converter for $5,500.00. When i went in to talk to the service individual about the multipoint inspection, he would not give me the report. He said the report was the property of the dealership.
