Was very disappointed, he came buy to inspect the toilet leak I was having,all he did was try to rock the toilet and then proceeded to say he can't do anything with it without replacing it. His demeanor was rude and acted like he didn't have time for my problem. zcery unprofessional.
They replaced 2 water heaters at my residence. Timely and professional service, no issues and reasonable fee. Would highly recommend for this service.
Called for a toilet that had a bad mineral backup and to hang a pipe. They hung the pipe perfectly and ran a snake through the clean out with no results. Then tried scoping the situation out a little more. Said the issue was their was supposed to be a vent pipe on the toilet when their was no vent pipe needed.. Said it was gonna cost lots cause they was gonna have to dig into the wall to place a vent pipe. Then try calling them with no answer for past 3 days.
